The material
Preparation room: formulations are dosed and checked before every run. A consistent floor starts here, to the gram.
The line
The production line assembles the SPC core, the high-definition decor film and the wear layer — continuously, under permanent control.
UV finishing
A UV lacquer protects every plank against scratches and stains, and locks in Herculex's signature embossed matte touch.
Control & warehouse
Every batch is inspected, referenced and stored export-ready — for resellers across the Kingdom and for Europe, Africa and America.
